Reader Status Monitor
Radiant RFID’s RFID Status Monitor enables enterprise wide monitoring of an unlimited number of RFID readers in real-time. The RFID Reader Status Monitor displays all pertinent health information on a single web enabled display for quick dashboard style monitoring of each reader on the network.
Parameters monitored are:
- IP Address
- Network Connectivity Status
- Antenna Status
- Polling Status
- Zone ID
- MAC Address & Serial Number
- Tag Read Counts
- Reader Time
Status errors may be configured to notify administrators via the web interface, email, pager and/or cellular devices. Additional parameters may be added to the monitoring interface upon request. The Reader Status Monitor is a web based application which can be accessed by many users simultaneously. User access may be managed for various levels of control or view only capability. Access may be set for single deployments or projects view only to complete enterprise administration.
Configuration of the status application may be accomplished via the web interface or XML configuration files. XML files may be “hot swapped” to add deployments, users, and to modify configurations without interrupting access of other users. Thus allowing system administrators to manage deployments independently without dealing with a proliferation of configurations. Status update interval is user specified down to 1 sec intervals, while information about each deployment may be categorized by reader IP address or by read point zones IDs.
Many licensing options are available and may be tailored to your deployment. Hosted solutions also available.
